Master Builders’ 10 year standard guarantee

The Master Builders 10 Year Standard Guarantee provides cover for Loss of Deposit and Non-Completion (there is also an optional removal of Loss of Deposit and Non-Completion should you not wish to have this cover). It also covers you for Defects in Materials and Defects in Workmanship, Structural Defects, and Rot and Fungal Decay Cover (leaky building).

As part of our Platinum Guarantee we guarantee to complete your project within the time and price intended and provided for in your contract. In the uncommon event that your project takes longer than expected, we will pay you for every day that it unreasonably delays completion.

We will provide you with weekly updates to keep you informed of progress on your home.

Workmanship guarantee

Our “Quality Control System” checks your project to maintain the highest level of quality. Roger Ramsey Building stands behind the quality of our workmanship for a 730 day period from when the project is completed. This gives you additional peace of mind knowing that in the unlikely event there are any faults in workmanship (fair wear and tear excepted) they will be corrected by Roger Ramsey Building.
