Roger founded Roger Ramsey Building in 1987 and remains hands-on in the business today. With a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship, he’s built a reputation for forming strong relationships with clients by truly understanding their needs. Roger’s personal commitment to integrity, reliability, and excellence is reflected in every project RRB undertakes.

Justine Ramsey

Business Manager

Justine oversees client contracts, finances, and office administration with sharp attention to detail. Known for her attention to detail, she keeps the wheels of the business turning smoothly, ensuring everything is on track, in order, and on time. Justine’s work behind the scenes is vital to RRB’s consistent performance and professionalism.

Ewan Gubbins

Project Manager

Ewan joined RRB in 2018 and brings a calm, organised approach to project management. He plans and schedules each job, making sure the team has exactly what they need, when they need it. A people person with a builder’s mindset, Ewan enjoys getting on the tools just as much as planning the next project.
