3. Refine & Quote
Bringing the picture into focus.
With concept plans and early pricing in hand, we review the drawings together and make any tweaks needed to suit your vision and budget. Once you’re happy, we provide a fixed-price quote — no hidden costs, no surprises.

4. Contract + Guarantee
Your project, protected.
For projects over $30,000, we formalise the build with a Master Builders (MB) Contract. This gives you the peace of mind that everything’s clearly laid out – from expectations and timelines to payment terms – before work begins.

5. Build
Let’s get started.
Once everything’s approved and signed off, it’s go time. We manage the build from start to finish, keeping you updated with regular check-ins. You can be as hands-on (or hands-off) as you like. Either way, we’ll make sure it’s done right.
