Can you help with the design, or do I need plans first?
We can work with you either way. If you already have plans, great — we’ll get started on pricing and scheduling. If not, we can connect you with one of our trusted local designers or draftspeople and guide you through the design process from scratch.
How much does a new home build cost?
Costs depend on the size, layout, materials, and features of your home. After our initial consultation and site visit, we’ll provide a detailed quote so you know exactly what to expect — with no surprises later.
Do you build on rural or lifestyle block sections?
Yes, we do — it’s one of our specialties. We understand the challenges that come with rural sites, from access and services to soil types and council requirements. We’ll help you plan accordingly.
How long does a new build take from start to finish?
A standard new build generally takes around 4–6 months once construction begins, but the timeline can vary based on design complexity, consents, and weather. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe and keep you updated every step of the way.
Will you take care of council consents?
Yes — we can manage all council consent applications for you as part of our full project management service. We know what’s needed and how to streamline the process.
